As you can tell I'm not a computer expert either.

Problem (1)
If only it was that simple. No icon to click on. I've tried Sounds in control panel, Very dull as in I'm not able to click on anything.
I've uninstalled and re-installed Multimedia a few times. I keep getting told that it isn't installed correctly.

Problem (2)
All cookies are set to enable any stuff to be loaded. All cookies that I can see that is.

I can look at it but I can't log on. if I try to re-register I'm told:
