The first dream perhaps shows an unconscious desire to alter things that are normally beyond your control, quite a lot of things are seen as beyond your control during childhood and teenage years.

The second dream I would say represents natural anxieties connected with adults always testing you, adults being the ones that tell you what is right and wrong and the natural fear caused by this situation; probably your unconscious (dreaming mind) dealing with your daily life and testing out different reactions and their results. The unconscious mind will often play out different scenarios, interpreted from real events in waking life, to test out your different reactions to guess at what the result would be if you actually tried doing it when you are awake.

The third dream has lots of water in it, which represents your soul, emotions and unconscious as a whole; dolphins also represent emotions and friendliness, communication and positive messages from your unconscious mind, perhaps suggesting that you desire more communication with your mother, or that communicating with your mother would be helpful and relaxing.
