AAAAAHHHH I like that!
That makes alot of sense although sometimes there is no comfortable place to release feelings if you're not use to doing that
I never was, but I have been thinking about this alot lately, have read some spiritual materials & maybe I'm ready for the release and this is what the dream was about
: Being ready but not sure how it'll come out
but its something that has to be done for my own sake
I'm not really scared but this is definitely new ground for me
