hi i came across ur site by accident while searching for some articles on buddhism and their beliefs etc. Any way as luck would have it the page with the stuff about OBE's was the page i went to. Well it was a matter of luck because ... well sometimes i'd go to sleep and this would usually happen when i went to sleep in the day; i'd all of a sudden realise i'm sleeping and i would not be dreaming i would just be like in this white place and id start panicking tryin to wake myself up because i would be soo scared if something fell on my face and i would not be able to breathe (i dunno why that was what scared me). I would then try to move my body to wake me up. In the beginning i tried moving my head and found it impossible so then i thought of moving my feet and then usually id be able to shake myself awake, but when i did i would be dead scared to back to sleep but whenever i would wake myself up i would be so drowsy that i would not be able to stay awake no matter what.
