I really cannot think of a woman who could be represented by the one in my dream. I've thought that the old woman might be symbolic of tradition or good health, something like that.
However, I do have an ex-friend who is the same age as me who comes up frequently in my dreams. I always dream of her succeeding me or ignoring me. She's not an authority figure, but I'm always aware of her prescence and I wonder what she thinks of me now. It was fairly easy to not be her friend but after I really wasn't her friend, I regretted it.
My ex-friend could be a possibility but whenever she appears in my dreams, I know it's her. I don't believe the old woman is my ex-friend (I believe there's something more to it) but I would like to hear anyone's opinion. Thank you.
