Yes it makes sense, it's more important that it makes sense to you though. I go to a gym myself, in fact I'm going there now. I'm not too bothered about it anymore though, used to be obsessed with it, I just go because I like it and don't get stressed if I miss a few. That way I don't see it as a chore and I'm more likely to keep on doing it. A lot of stuff to do with weight, I think, is more to do with what we think other people think rather what we really want.
