I have never tried herbs for dreaming...however I did have astral voyaging and sudden revelations while wearing Rose Quartz once. I think it really enhanced my ability to connect spiritually. In addition to RQ, I have heard of Angelite being excellent for dream/astral voyages enhancing. I have recently ventured online to purchase this stone.
