I'm fairly certain there is a way to contol it. The CIA and the KGB have had in the past, and most likely still today, persons that that was their main purpose. To go "out of body" travel to enemy locations, retrieve information on documents, listen to phone calls, or people in a room talking strategy, etc..... If I figure it out I'll certainly let you know. Edgar Casey sure believed we all had the capability to do it. If you don't here from me for a long time, maybe I was kidnapped by either the CIA or whatever the current KGB is.
