Unhappy Possibly A Medical Condition?

No matter how long I sleep, even if I get as much sleep as I'm supposed to and not a wink more, I'm always tired. Tired to the point that I could fall asleep in the middle of school or work or something. But most of the time I don't sleep full nights. I usually wake up alot during the night and can't get back to sleep, even though I'm so dreadfully tired. Then some nights I wake up from a dream, and I really had no idea it was a dream because it felt so real. It's like I can feel the effects of the dream. And the dreams just make me more tired, and sometimes I wake up scared and think it's all real. I'll actually expect the characters of my dream to be there in the room with me. And then after a few minutes I'll realize it wasn't real and then I feel stupid. And then some time I had a dream during the day. It was a short one, but it definitely wasn't just a daydream, because I couldn't control what was going on and all that. I posted about that one on the dream board, in fact.

So...could it possibly be a medical condition? Or something I should talk to my doctor about?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Some possible explanations include depression; food allergy or sensitivity to wheat or some other common food; insomnia; and anemia.

Well, I know I'm not anemic. They tested me this summer when I had a weird....fainting...(?) spell.
The weird thing about that "fainting" spell though, is that I knew what was going on the whole time, I just....couldn't control what was happening. I just went down. 0_o And then the doctors couldn't find anything wrong. They thought it was a hormone imbalance but all their tests said it was none of that.

So idk....

Have you tried a dietary change? I get tired when I eat too much wheat.

Not really. I think it might just be because of my sleeping patterns or something like that. 0_o
I'm just gonna try all I can and see if any of it helps. =/
If you hear of anything else that causes people to be or get really tired will you tell me please?
