I think the offical scyicatric term is "delusions of grander" .... or "delusional thinking" but the dreams are so real that I have convrsations with them....

If your dreams are so real that you are confusing them with reality it's probably a good idea to see a professional.

There could be many causes for this, even just stress or lack of sleep.

I agree with Marcia. A proffessional could probably help more than we ever could.

I am seeing a proffessional.. I'm on the most state of the art scyotropic medication... but they only surpress the symptoms.. I think alot of it has to do with just being extreemly insecure... I just figured when I found this web site that maby I could gain a little security.. and figure out what it all meant but if you don't have any answers I suppose I'll just move on...

No one has an answer for insecurity... It's not something you can find answers to either, if that's what your saying. And it's pretty hard to "treat" too. I've been trying to find somethign like that too. I'm guessing you just have to live with it and try your hardest to find security somewhere. Friends are always there to help too. They help a lot. And know that if you ever need help, I'm willing to be there...well as much as I can be over the Internet. I can only offer advice and that's not a certainty either but I'll help you if I can Moon Bent.
