you know that swearing disorder what is it and what is its name?

I know this condition very well as my sister-in law has it. It's called Tourette Syndrome. It is not only involuntary vocalizations but also ticks and rapid movements that occur repeatedly. It's a neurological disorder

My sister-in law's hands constantly move, like she is playing the piano, and she talks very fast. She wasn't diagnosed until she was an adult.

When she was young she went to Catholic school(back them her head would shake constantly) everyone thought she was just nervous and neurotic. The Nun's would hold her head and yell at her to stop shaking. Needless to say she had a very tramatic childhood,

Tourette Syndrome is treated with a variety of antidepressants. It's sort of a trial and error basis. There is no real cure. My sister-in-law has tried many combinations of drugs without much success.

The hardest part is that she gets very little sleep because it is a 24/7 condtiion.

I found the weatherman vid on YouTube:

And this is supposed to be a guy with the swearing Tourettes disorder as well. He goes by "Tourettes Guy." I don't know if he's the real deal or not, but supposedly his swearing outbursts are made worse with drinking.

I must admit, I laughed all through this vid because I think it's just some guy acting. WARNING: Lots of foul language.
