Well Why over my sister house, which has always been in my family we was sitting in the living room watching TV and i had been messing around with the camera looking in her bedroom and out of her window, and then i took it down stairs and hooked it up to the TV in her sons bedroom, i then watched it, to hear to my amazement, and this was as clear as day "Help us" I absolutely sh*t myself i played it back over again, and still it sounded the same and noone was around as they was all downstairs, and then the next day we hooked up the camera in her living room and we went to sit in the kitchen for abit in the living room the lights were off and the room was dark, we had night vision on facing the corner where he sons toys are, after 1 hour we cam into the living room switched off the camera and rigged it up to the TV and watched the tape from the beggining, and while looking around the screen and listening my dad pointed at the corner i looked and my gosh it was my grandads face shapoed in the toys clear as day with beard everything, every detail, it even looked like he had his cap on, and i swear on my life that what i seen that night looked 100% like my grandad, he had died about 7 years earlier, that sent shivvers down my spine, i could not beleive it, i was nearly in tears, not from crying but from shock and disbaleief, and ever since we have been experiencing weird moods and temperature drops, from lights turning off and on to things falling over, heck one night we rigged up the cam in the kitchen forgetting to put night vision on and about 1 hours into the tape we hear a women wearing hi-heals walking across the kitchen floor right to the camera and we did not see anything as it was pitch black, and from now we do investigations in the house, but always we all seem tired when we do.

I'm not exactly sure about the sequence of events. Please let me know if I didn't get it right, but I think what happened is:

1. While playing a tape, you heard a voice say, "help us."
2. You played the tape again, and saw the face of your dead grandfather in a collection of child's toys laying somewhere.
3. You experienced weird moods and temperature drops after this.

The most likely explanation:

About 1. You didn't explain what the voice sounded like, but it could have been anyone in the background saying "help us." A neighbour saying "help us get this trash off our front lawn", a child saying "help us" with our homework. You might even have misheard it.

About 2. When you looked at the tape the second time, you were already influenced by having heard someone say "help us." You were looking for something to confirm your suspicion that there was something odd about the tape. So you were already in the mindset that made you suggestive to seeing "ghosts". You also would probably like very much to see your grandfather again.

You then looked at an arrangement of toys (and/or possibly their shadows or reflections, you weren't clear.) The human mind has a natural tendency to make patterns out of things. (This is what enables us to learn and to create things.) So you took the various shapes in the arrangement of toys and subconsciously picked out the patterns that resemble the physical characteristics of your grandfather.

About 3: Well, the weird moods just show that this is making you feel weird. Temperature changes happen all the time, even in places with closed windows and doors, it has to do with the structure of the building. (Research has been done on this in houses that were supposed to have been haunted.) Just as when you thought you saw your grandfather, you were looking for something to validate your thoughts, so you noticed temperature changes that you never noticed before.

I don't know if this is at all possible, but it would be helpful if you could print out the frame of the movie and maybe scan it and post it so other people could look at it.

Oh, about the lights turning off and on, sometimes weird electrical surges happen in old buildings with old wiring. I have seen this happen myself. As for the woman in high heels, if you heard a woman but did not see, what you really heard was just a tapping noise that sounded like heels, you have no way of knowing that it was a woman.

(I am assuming that when you observed this phenomena you were wide awake and active, in the middle of the day, and had been out of bed for a large part of the day already. In the in-between stage between sleeping and waking it is normal to have dream-like hallucinations even though you are aware you are awake and conscious.)
