I am getting married in 7 weeks and for the past several months I have been having nightmares about everything going wrong at the wedding, from wearing a bikini to the reception, to snow falling on the guests in the church (which would be kind of romantic, except in my dream it made them all freeze to death). The problem is that these dreams of unrealistic problems at my wedding are causing me anxiety about realistic problems that may occur. I am completely aware of why I am having these dreams; I have demanding future in-laws who are very concerned with impressing guests, and I'll admit it, I really want the day to be perfect myself. What I need to know is how to stop the dreams from happening. They are causing me unneeded anxiety that I really can't handle this close to the wedding! HELP!
