okay, so i have a friend who told me about a dream she had last night.

she dreamt that 2 of my friends, including her, were up on my room when the doorbell rang. my dad got it, but wouldn't let who ever it was inside. so she said i went downstairs to check who it was and it was my ex, whom i still have strong feelings for. she said we stepped outside to talk and that both of my friends went outside to check on us and my ex and i were holding hands and smiling. she said i looked the happiest i've ever looked and that we were all going to a concert afterwards. then she woke up.

i got intrigued by it since she has no idea how my ex looks like, but she described him perfectly: from the type of shirts he wears, to how tall he is, to his deep voice, to his beanie he always wears. and the type of hair he has. she has never met him and has never seen him before in her life, yet she described him to a t.

along with that, this coming wednesday, all 3 of us were going to a concert, but before, we're hanging out at my house.

she also described what i was wearing in her dream, the exact same thing i was planning on wearing.

also, there were some people saying that my ex was going to be at the concert, but no one's sure he really is.

what does this all mean? she's pretty creeped out, but i'm just so fascinated by what she dreamt because everyone of my friends knows how much i want him back.

help?

It sounds like she is curious about what will happen if you go to the concert and he shows up, too.

Regarding the way she described him so accurately from her dream - since she knows how much you want him back, you must talk about him a lot. Wouldn't you have described him to her?

I actually never talk about him because it hurts to talk about him. I mean, i mentioned a few times that i would be so happy if he came back, but i never mentioned how he looks like. I get upset over him a lot, and say a few things we did in our relationship; like write letters to each other and played guitar hero, little cute things like that. But again, never have i mentioned how he looks like.

How close are you and this friend? It seems like you are so close that you are in synch with one another to the extent that she can sense just what the person you like so much would look like.

Does your ex look like other people you have dated? Do you have a certain "type" that you go out with?

It would be interesting if your friend could sketch a picture of how she saw your ex in the dream - without you being there so you couldn't give any clues - and then compare it to a photo of your ex.
