in my dream i had come back to tennessee to study for my medical degree, and i was just reading a book in the park down the street. A stranger cam and sat by me, and wearing sunglasses i glanced over but didn't pay him any attention. we started talking and he asked for my name, when i told him, he called me by my nickname my bf had made years ago when we were together before i left for college and he left for the airforce. i was so shocked, i took off my shades and saw it was him, my bf who from years ago when we broke up because we both couldnt handle the long distance.

Right now, im about to leave a state away to study pre-med, and in december, hes leaving for the airforce. We havn't promised we'll stay together because we both know we might not be able to handle being in a long distance relationship. I just don't understand what this dream means, can someone help me understand?
