I know I posted this somewhere else on the website, but I think it might fit better here.

I had a woman in my dream yesterday tell me something very specific. This woman, who I don't know in real life, was sitting across from me and told me "jake is going to give you a necklace." When she told me this I got really excited and happy. It felt really reassuring to hear this. I never end up seeing Jake or the necklace, but the way she told me "he will" it's like she was telling me to expect it.

Now Jake in real life is my friend who I have feelings for. I have not been able to tell him because he is in a relationship and I respect that. Also, he has never given me a gift in real life.

I was wondering what this could mean, and if it might be my spirit guide trying to tell me something? Any help would be much obliged!

I don't think the dream is necessarily about Jake giving you a physical gift.

A necklace represents something that is precious to you - security, happiness, self-confidence, etc., as well as completeness becaue it is round

I think the dream has to do with how Jake makes you feel when you are around him and what you think he does for you, emotionally and what you think a relationship with him will provide for you.

It is possible that you have unconsciously noticed a change in his behavior that makes you think his feelings toward you have changed.

On the other hand, a necklace, because it is clapsed around your neck, can be a hidden reference to being trapped or strangled.
