I had a weird dream about a man i love deeply. I often try to forget about him , but i always see him in my dreams.
Everytime i have a dream about him something special is going to happen.
In the dream , I was flirting and being kissed by another guy and he saw the whole scene.
He got really Hurt somehow. Right after, I went inside a small bathroom ( I never seen before ) and i found him
trying to drown/kill himself under water in the bath.the bath was full , the water clear.
He looked at me deep in the eyes
with an expression full of pain and fainted. I started screaming
''What's wrong? don't do this to me! You can't die!''
I took him out the water and ''saved'' his life. I hugged him, felt sorry for what happened and told him
''you are the love of my life''
also, *In the dream it felt like i was just letting myself be used by the other man because i felt unwanted by the one i really love.

From what you are saying, it seems to me that in waking life you feel that you love this man, but he does not feel the same way, since you feel that you have to forget about him. Why do you have feelings of love for him? Do you believe that he needs you and that he will come to harm without you?

He shows love towards me and i heard he loves me but he never told me directly. i try to forget about him because of his lifestyle and crazy life...
but everytime i can get him off my head he comes right back and gives me a reason to hold on / and i see him in dreams. im confused.

What is his lifestyle and crazy life?

Could that be making you worry about him, which shows up in your dreams?

alcohol, bad people around him, stuff like that....but in the dream he wanted to kill himself because of me. this is the feeling he made me feel...like he was in shock ? it's really weird..
i dont give up because deep inside i think he is my soulmate...it's really crazy! is the bathtub/clear water a symbol or something?? thank you so much for your replies!!! xoxoxox

Well, it seems like in waking life he is killing himself slowly with his behavior.

Drowning is a good metaphor for someone with an alcohol problem. It seems like you feel that you are somehow responsible for saving him from the problems caused by his own destructive behavior

I think you are right in that part of you realizes that you need to forget about him - that you know he is not healthy for you. Is there any outside support that you can count on? It must be hard, since you have such strong feelings for him.
