I felt super bad and wanted to do something about it. But now, we've been just freinds for like a summer and 3 months. Now I like him and I don't know what to do about all this because he doesn't like me back. MY HEART IS BROKEN...

He has gotten over your breaking up with him and moved on with his life. Of course he doesn't like you back; you hurt him when you broke up with him. He's not going to get himself into a situation where you could hurt him again.
