I am in a dark room that is very old and the wallpaper is peeling off.It feels like I'm in an old warehouse.I walk into this room and there are two women dancing topless in front of an old fashioned bath,it has claws for feet like the old ones too.I walk up to the bath and step in fully clothed.I can sense that someone is under the water but I can't see who it is because the water is murky.I put my hands under the person's neck and pull them out from under the water.
As I do so,the person breathes in air calmly,not gasping for breath.I see it's my ex boyfriend.He opens his eyes and I'm struck by how luminescent his eyes are and he stares at me.Without saying anything he grabs my head and kisses me deeply.Then it ended.
I had this dream about 4 months after we separated and I still remember it like I dreamt it last night. Please help

I'm not sure what you want help with, it sounds all right to me? Or do you mean you're worried you still fancy him or something like that?

How long did you go out with him for? Have you read all the Vampire Chronicles, the eyes bit sounds a bit like something from the Anne Rice novels?

sorry I should have been clearer.I was just wondering what it means,and if this means I am still thinking of him unconsciously.And I haven't read all the Vampire Chronicles but I have read Blood and Gold,The Vampire Lestat and Queen Of The Damned. but I am not sure what you meant by eyes,I'm sure I didn't write anything about eyes...

whoops sorry I did write about eyes..but I don't think that it had anything to do with anything from the books.

Well I wasn't really sure about that, I was just thinking of your username, Maharet. I used to have loads of vampire-related dreams or dreams with exotic scenery in them when I was reading the Anne Rice novels, so I just wondered if you were the same.

Heh, I haven't really helped you come up with any ideas though. Anyway, like I posted in another thread yesterday, rooms usually represent different compartments of your subcosnscious or self, the larger the room the larger the thoughts connected to it sometimes. In your case it might be as big as a warehouse so the room could represent big life changing thoughts, or higher spiritual awareness. The wallpaper is peeling off, which could represent a sort of skin-shedding of your life - like you are moving on and throwing off the layer or two, figuratively.

Also water is usually connected with your soul or whatever you think of as your conscious, plus the bath has obvious connections with cleansing. I guess the fact that you can't see your ex right away reflects the fact that he isn't in your life any more, but he is still there under the surface. Maybe because he's in the bath you want to cleans him from your thoughts. The dancing women could be different aspects of you, or how you want to be?

Of course this is all just ideas, you are always the best person to interpret your own dreams, but they should give you some ideas and pointers that will help, one way or another.
