Perhaps enlisting in the army and getting drafted to the swamps of Indonesia?

Or try experimenting with different foods before you go to sleep, according to folklore/old wives' tales cheese is supposed to give you wierd dreams.

Being really ill with a feaver sometimes helps, but it's not very nice when you're awake.

I've been trying the food thing. Ill eat right before bed. I dont eat cheese so I cant try that. Ive tried chocolate, various nuts, liquid diet, lot of diffrent veggies all to no avail /

Enlisting dosent seem to fit my lifestyle right now, but maybe if nothing else work P

I think the problem is that you only have nightmares when something bad is happening in your life, or your brain is expecting something bad to happen in the near future.

You should be happy that you're not having any really.
