TEA MAGIC , the key to life everlasting?

This is quite interesting. I'd never even heard of white tea before.

The question though, is do I really want to live forever?

For me personally it comes and goes in waves; sometimes I think I can't bear another minute, and other times I hope it will never end.

P.S. I'm feeling the latter at the moment.

Just to add...Green tea also increases the metabolism, a handy tool when we feel the need to shed a few pounds.....Actually, I think I'll pop to the grocery store right now!

I just found two lots of green tea (peppermint flavoured and Jasmine) that I totally forgot I had; just had a cup of the jasmine and it's really quite nice... I suppose I'll need more than one cup though.

You can also buy green tea extract in pill form, for when the weather is too hot for real tea.
