I'm going to have to get an avatar, something screamingly symbolic.

My dreams are directed, produced, done in techicolor, surround sound, and have extemely detailed settings and props. I am a Viet Nam Era Vet and to this day, 30 yrs later I STILL have this dream that someone arrives at the door and hands me a letter saying that I have been called back up to service.

Lately, with all the war on the news, most all of my dreams have been military in theme, but very close to home. I dream that the war is coming here to home turf and that I am setting up guerilla units to fight in the streets. Everything is aimed at organizing the community to get ready to defend our homes. The dreams are so active and realistic that I wake up exhausted sometimes as if I have really been doing all these things that I dream of. I have never been one much for premonition dreams, so I hope these are just anxiety and not one of those things that comes in fours, what is it? Oh, yeah, foreboding, that's the bunny.

Do you mean you were in the army? I have lots of dreams about war and bombs and such like; but I've never been directly involved in any conflicts...
