Hi my mum lost baby girl 39 years ago just 2 days old who i never knew. I had a conversation with my mum when I asked her what happened to my sister' She replied by telling me she didnt know because back in the 1960's they were just taken away. I started to look into it when i found my sister in a local public baby grave. I had a stone put to her. Whilst i was looking for her i had a very weird dream where in my dream i was woken up by a woman shouting out my name. I woke up in my dream and so a very bright beautiful light in the corner of my bedroom. It was so bright i had to rub my eyes. In my dream i said who are you, what do you want. The lady replied back are you coming. I wasn't at all scared. I have also experianced someone breathing on the side of my face whilst i have been lied in bed awake. Plus lots more other strange things. If anyone could give me some advise that would be great Thankyou Rachel

I'm not sure what you mean by "advice" but I can give you my thoughts on your dream.

The experiences with sensations upon awakening sound like a phenomenon called hypnagogic sleep, also known as sleep paralysis.

The presence is likely to be vaguely felt or sensed just out of sight but thought to be watching or monitoring, often with intense interest, sometimes standing by, or sitting on the bed.
