Last night I had a dream that I had lost my right lower leg and I had a prosthetic limb. I'm not sure how I lost my leg but I seemed to be quite at ease with the prosthetic one. I even had feeling in it! I remember walking around normally aswell, no crutches or anything. The foot of it looked normal too but I knew it wasn't real because I could see where it joined onto my 'normal' leg. I wonder why I had this dream? Would it be because Ive been sick this week? I always have very strange dreams when Im sick.

Actually, that does sound like a fever dream. I think sometimes when you are feverish, the part of your brain that understands how to control the parts of your body gets a bit confused. You don't usually notice it when you are awake because your conscious, rational mind is able to help out.
