I have a friend who is terminally ill with cancer of the throat/mouth, the consequence of this is that he had to have half of his face taken away resulting in disfigurement.
This morning I had a dream about my friend and he was stood in front of me with a smiling face and no disfigurement or illness and he was happy like he always is.

I then had a call this morning to say he had passed away, its totally spooked me out. I am thinking that they must somehow be linked to have happened on the same day?

Any thoughts anyone? Thank you

I've had experiences like that too. One time I dreamed my grandmother died, and then we got the call that she really did die. She had been sick for many years.

The other incident involved a friend's friend. He was sick with AIDS and I dreamed he had died. Later that day, my friend called and told me the bad news.

I think this is a common phenomenon. People I've talked to about this have said that they too experienced dreaming of someone close dying and learning later on that they actually did.

My sympathies for the lose of your friend. His suffering is over. Seeing him without the painful disfiguration was a good sign.
