Default People dying in my dreams

About 2 weeks ago, I had a dream that my niece, who is almost 8 weeks old, died suddenly. I don't remember much about the dream, only that my mum rang to tell me the sad news. I was so upset in the dream and I didn't want to believe that my niece had died. I also remember being scared about going to her funeral.

Then last night, I had 2 more dreams about death. In the first one, my mum died but I don't know how she died. My Dad came to my house to tell me (I don't live close by to my parents) then I went with my Dad to make the funeral arrangements. I was in shock, not wanting to believe that she had died. My Dad was also very upset. On the way to the funeral home, my mum appeared in the car and told me she was dead. I didn't believe her, as I could see her and I was talking to her. I didn't feel scared to see her either. When we got to the funeral home, my mum disappeared. There were heaps of people there, family and friends. I woke up after this.

In the second dream, my sister-in-law died (the mother of my niece, she is married to my brother). I don't know how she died but my Dad rang me to tell me. My mum was dead in this dream aswell. I knew this because I remember someone telling me it was a real tragedy to lose 2 people in the family in such a short space of time. All I could think about was who was going to look after my niece. She was going to grow up without a mother. Then I woke up.

I didn't like these dreams at all. What do they mean??

Death in dreams is usually symbolic of a sense of not having something or missing something perhaps, missing certain aspects of the loved one you are dreaming about. It could be that there is a common trait in your mother and your sister in law that you miss having around. Think about what they mean to you or perhaps what do you miss about them. Perhaps there is something about them that you like and would want that characteristic to be a part of you or your relationship (s).

I hope this helps some.

Good luck!

Interesting that the people who died (abandoned you) in these dreams are all women in your family, but that the person who comes to see you and helps you take care of things is a man in your family, your dad.
