Oh yes, flying dreams, have had several but this one stands out the most, please help in interpreting it.
I'm standing outside in a clearing on grass, with trees sparsley around. I'm with a group of people who I don't know. One guy takes a few steps and takes off flying, in his body only. I'm naturally surprised and draw everyone's attention to him FLYING. They are not surprised at all and said "well you can do it too, just take a few steps and go". So I tried. It was just like on the show "the greatest american hero". I was a little out of control at first but soon got the hang of it and was flying around in the air, above the trees. I thought, where should I go. I saw a castle in the distance so I flew there. I was wondering how I was going to land, but when I got close I just raised my arms up in the air and landed on my feet on a 2nd story balcony, then went inside. Everyone inside the castle kept calling me Duke(somebody....Duke so and so, don't remember the name). There were servants with silver platters asking me what I wanted for breakfast. I answered no one. I later went back up to the balcony and took off again. Thats it! I'm 45, this dream happened appx 25.

Don't you just love dreams like that!

It sounds like a lucid dream I once had. Funny thing was, even though I knew I was dreaming, I still couldn't totally control it.

I like the part about being called a Duke. Yet you ignore them. What was your attitude of authority and your attitude of the lowly of society back then?

Thanks for making me think S.S.. I know I didn't think to highly of authority back in those day's; professor's, police, or parents (the 3P's). We had a neibor lady that came and cleaned our house when my mom was single, I never talked to her much, but cared for and respected her. I want to fly again!
