i had this dream a week or so ago and i still remember every detail. i'm riding in a blue station wagon down a long flat four way interstate. my father is driving and i'm in the very back. the back of the car where i am is filled with salt water and a reef. im on one side of the reef and a small brown and white spotted shark is on the other side. its trying to get me but the ref is protecting me. once i realize that im safe i hear my father scream and the car spins into the on coming traffic. we go across all the lanes but no cars hit us and we stop. the a eighteen wheeler is about to hit but misses and i relax and wake up. what does that mean lol.

The fact that you are sitting "in the very back" may suggest you feel that your opinions and feelings are not as important as others. It's interesting that it is salt water in the car. Why salt instead of say, fresh? What do you think of when you think of salt or salt water?

The shark may suggest you are dealing with someone who lurks? or is untrustworthy? Or maybe even ambitious to the point of running over others who get in their way?

The reef protects you. What do you think of when you think about the reef in the dream? The reef is a barrier. Is it symbolic for the Barrier Reef? Have you been there in reality?

Anyway, you have a means of protection against forces that you feel are controlling you. It may be working to some extent because the 18-wheeler does not hit you--another symbol for something or someone you feel in danger of.

The dream has a lot of things suggesting that you are on the lucky side of life. Or some might say blessed side of life.
