I had a dream I believe Monday morning that I was standing on a road, close to my house, and talking to a faceless man. He told me that I was going to die in 5 days. I asked him calmly "How?" And he pointed up the road. I stood there watching my car and what I believe was a large truck, maybe a semi engulfed in flames. I told him that was not how I wanted to die, he then said "You cant change it". I believe I woke up right after he said that, completely freaked and remain freaked out. What does this mean? Its scary because you hear of people and premonitions all of the time. I personally do not believe that I have ever had one, but still I am scared!

If it's possible, stay off the road until the 5 days are up.

Most likely the dream is symbolic. The faceless man represents unknown future events you fear may have a negative impact on your life and cause you to make some dramatic changes. Dreaming about your own death usually means a life change.

Hi thank you for your input. Here is an update...in my dream I was on a road near my home. We live on a mesa so this road is tha main road into town. I had my dream early Monday morning so I counted today (Saturday) as the 5th day. I chose to stay home and not run about with my normal errands this morning. At 10:45am I got a call that there had been a fatal car accident on this particular road. Coincidence...maybe.
