Ok, so I'm new to this forum, I hope someone can help me My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 3 years now but in the past we've had some rough times where we weren't sure if we should stay together, take a break, or just break it off for good. Well in the past few months or so I've been having dreams of myself cheating on my boyfriend with other guys, none of them I know, they seem to be just random guys. I've looked at other dream interpretation sites and they say it could mean self-betrayal... I'm not really sure what that means...also, I've never cheated on my boyfriend before and I've just started having thoughts about it recently. Can anyone tell me what this could mean? Is it a sign that my boyfriend and I should take a serious break?

2 things.

1. it can't be de ja vu because you are certain your not going to cheat.

2. If it had meaning wouldn't it mean you want someone else.

self-betrayal should something to do with not being 100% commited or not 100% sure within, only you have the answer to that.

Can you provide some detail of what you do with the guys in your dreams? If you don't' want to that's fine, but it could be telling you ways of spicing up your own love life with your current boyfriend. Maybe you're just bored.
