new to the board! Really strange dream!!! help

Hello, I'm new here. After the terrible dream I had last night, I am searching for a board that can help me with this dream. It was the worst dream EVER!!!

My dream took place in a house that is similar to the one my family and I are living in now, only it was much older. WE were hearing alot of banging coming from our son's room so my husband and i went down there. His bedroom door kept opening and slamming shut. Then we heard our daughter screaming from her room so we ran in there. SHe opened her eyes but you could tell she was just not there.. She was crying and we started praying and then she woke up and said that there was a man with a black hat that was telling her the monsters were going to scratch her face!! So we all went into my son's room and we were just praying and telling, whatever was there, to go away. My husband found an old picture of an old man and woman hanging inside my son's closet. The man was wearing a black hat and my daughter said that was the man from her dream. So my husband ripped the picture up and threw it away. We continued to pray and all of a sudden everything was quiet. The door stopped slaming shut and you could just feel that it was more peacful. Then I woke up from my dream. That was it...
WHat do you think that was about! It is freaking me out!! OUr house seems very peacful and I pray every night...we really haven't had any issues.
My oldest daughter sees angels almost every night as she's falling asleep. My youngest daughter does have TERRIBLE night terrors(same daughter that was screaming in my dream)

Sorry for the long ramble I"m just really searching for some input on this dream I had!!!

It doesn't seem like a bad dream it actually implies that you are capable of sorting out any problems you may face, probably the worry within the dream makes it more frightening but you and your husband seem to be strong enough to handle it.
