SCARY SCARY!!! HELP me understand

2 nights ago I had a dream I was playing with a Quija board in a basement (not mine) I asked it "where are you" it replied "right behind you" I then turned and saw white wisps of something forming. I woke up feeling a force throwing me I screamed and at the moment I woke up the clock was chiming 4am.

I am not making this up and I am scared to sleep in that room again...

Dont' be afraid. The ghost that you saw forming was a representation of something forming within you. It could be a love interest, a new job or career prospect (I don't know your age, so I'm using a wide net here), or a new project you have begun. Because of the self-conscious fear you experienced about it, you may be feeling overwhelmed and this feeling manifest itself as this scary apparition.

And the jolt you saw you felt, I actually think that may be your brain reacting, like, thinking the dream was real, or it might have been your body spazzing out.

Nothing really harmed you (and nothing was probably really there).
I have had many dreams of that type, it happens to me very often.
Don't worry, you are fine.
