Hey, I had a dream last night and my teacher was talking about dream interpretations in English today so it got me interested in what it meant.

I'm quite scared of the gang culture in England, I'm 16. I have a fear of being stabbed and I hate knife crime. I was standing at the bus stop in my dream, the bus stop I have to go to to get to school and a man was standing in front of me. Then all of a sudden another man runs towards him with a machetti, it must have been about 40cm long, he stabbed the man in front of me. As he was walking past me he saw me look at him and I started to run off, he chased me and that was the end of the dream. It panicked me all night, I didn't get much sleep.

Then I had another dream. I had a best friend for 12 years, called Joe. We fell out about half a year ago, he just stopped talking to me, so I didn't get closure. I'd do anything for him to be my friend again, but it's too late. Anwyay, in the dream we were in my local town and I bumped into him. He gave me a card, like it was my birthday or something. Then he went to shake my hand and instead of shaking his hand I hugged him. Then we were friends again. That was the end of the dream.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what they mean? I think I get the basics, but there might be more detail that could be useful to me. I'd really appreciate your opinions, thank you!

Standing at the bus stop when you saw the attack may mean that you are most fearful in times when you are in an isolated place or when not surrounded by authority type figures to keep law and order. Best to avoid areas and situations like this or at least go prepared by having a cell phone handy or wearing a good pair of running shoes.

As for you friend Joe, I can relate to that. I had a good friend for years and we were close. Out of the blue he just stopped calling or writing when he moved away. I wrote once and didn't get a response, so I took it as a sign he was through with the friendship and figured he had issues of his own to deal with. I accepted it and moved on.
