Okay, so in my dream last night, I was in this room with dim lighting, and I was talking to my father (in the dream he was my father, but he didn't resemble my real father at all...and I can't recall ever seeing anyone like him), and we had this plan that I would get into the big vault thing at the bank and take some cash out.

So I actually teleport inside of it, and then I see the vault door slowly starting to open, I try to teleport but maybe my fear was causing me to become unable to. Then a cop comes in and puts me in handcuffs and says I'm under arrest.

I ask him if first I can go use the bathroom, and he says yes as long as I promise to escort myself to the jail.

So I agree and I go to talk to my father and ask him why I can't teleport with the handcuffs on (since I had just tried) and he said he didn't know but maybe I should wait until they're taken off of me.

So I go back to the jail, and they say the kids my age are in another room (they can tell I'm only a teenager), behind the blanket. So I start going back there, and I pass this table of all these guys. I keep walking and I go into the children's room. It's more like they're in a cellar than a jail.

I don't like sitting with the kids so I go to sit with the men.
Then the handcuffs are taken off of me.
And then I teleport in front of all of them.

Then I wake up.

Really? It means you feel restricted by your enviornment. You have an authority figure taking you away in handcuffs, which is a symbol of restriction. Jail is also that and a symbol of punishment.

Even the people you associate with on a daily basis irritate you. You choose not to sit with your own peers but older, perhaps mature, men.

The part where you escape via teleportation is a longing to be free from the confines and restrictions of your current life. Seeing how you mention you are a teen-ager, I can relate to this, for I have been there and done that. Sometimes even as an older person (I'm in my forties) I have these feelings.

I would be surprised if it meant anything else.
