I'm at a house in the country.

In the dream, I'm familiar with it, though in reality I've never seen it before.

I go inside.

The house is dark, but at the same time, it seems alive and full of life.

One minute I'm standing there, and the next thing I know, I'm being pinned to the couch and surrounded by people.

Correction: vampires.

They're whispering among themselves and I can't understand what they're saying.

Then they're letting go of me, and not acting so hostile.

They raise their voices so I am able to hear them.

Apparently, I'm the one who can turn them human again.

I shake my head no, I don't know how.

In my dream, the next thing I know, it's a few months later.

I'm still in the house, yet this time I'm familiar with all of them.

Then we're heading outside, and suddenly, I see the life flow back into them.

Their faces became full of light and warmth, and their hair almost sparkles.
Their eyes change from various shades of brown and black, into beautiful blues, greens, and greys.

We're out on the front porch, then the one with brown hair, brown eyes, light skin, and a little more pudge than the rest, decides he wants to do a back flip off the porch.
I'm suddenly concerned, telling him he's human and will hurt himself.

Then the most handsome one, who's tall, blond, and has vibrant blue eyes (with gold mixed in), decides he wants to d a risky stunt that his vampire-self could do.
I beg him not to, saying if something bad happened to him, I don't know what I would do.

A smile lights his whole face and he is even more handsome than before.

Then I wake up.

Do you have friends that take unnecessary risks? Do you have friends that you feel suck the life right out of you, in a figurative way?
