Ok, before we begin, my favorite animal is a hippo, you might need to know that.

I start in a place with blue all around me, but there is solid ground, although I cannot see it because EVERYTHING is sort of a dark blue. While I walk there is resistance in moving, you'll find out why, later. I begin walking in a direction, because it feels like something is wanting to pull me in that direction. I began running, no matter how difficult it is with the resistance to moving. I stop in a curious spot, feeling like something was here. I look up, and I see a large Humpback whale swimming overhead. I look down and the floor is no longer dark blue but instead it's an ocean floor, but I'm on all fours, and I start doggy paddling to the surface of the water. When I get my head over the top, I'm not in an ocean, but it seems in an African River. There are hippos around me, I get on the shore and sit down. I'm looking at the hippos with glee, thinking I'd never get to see a group of wild hippos so close in my entire life. I aproach the water to get closer and see my reflection, I'm a hippo too, and I feel myself smile, because now I'm even more confident in getting closer to the wonderful beasts. I look around seeing so many hippos and notice an infant traveling away from it's mother, and that is never a good thing. I see lurking in the water, an alligator aproaching the baby. I'm trying to get to the infant as swiftly as I can through the water. And I step on the alligators skull knowing it had no chance of surviving(If you've ever seen an alligator against a hippo on animal planet, you'll know too). When I'm sure it's dead I get close to the child to see if it's ok, but the mother rushes over and attacks me to protect it. And then I awoke.

I hope the information of the hippos, being helpful. And if it helps, I see hippos much like myself, mainly vegetarians but eats meat on a few occasions, can be loveable but fierce, hope this helps too, thanks for taking time to red this.

No, I've never thought o any careers with animals, I've always wanted to work with video games or computers, and I just had the feeling I needed to go in that direction, I couldn't stop looking in that direction. Would the whale have any significance?

It might if you had an emotional reaction to it in the dream. What does your gut tell you about it?

Not really, it just seems a little strange I stop and it happened to be a whale...
