i have a recurring dream that is heartbreaking, my husband died over 10years ago, we were very happy and were together for only five years, in my dream i find out that my husband is not dead, that my family and his have lied to me and he is alive, i go to see him in this flat, but when i get there, he opens the door and looks at me with such coldness he won,t talk to me and wants nothing to do with me, i start crying my heart is breaking but he wants nothing to do with me i wake up sobbin and the feelings stay with me for several days, its making me ill can anyone make any sense of this or suggest something to stop them?

Do you feel your late husband's family are trying to give you a guilt trip over something? Do you feel betrayed by them for any reason?

hi, yes i think you might be right, we fell out about a year ago because they had issues, however it was sorted and they said they were sorry for getting it wrong, so why would it start so long after and not at the time? thanks for your insight

The issue may have been resolved verbally, but do you feel internally that it has been resolved?
