I also had a dream a few days ago. In the dream I was with a guy I personally know but never been involved with and never wanted anything more than friendship. Anyways, I found myself in bed with him in a house that I wasnt familiar with. In the dream it seemed that I was drugged or drunk. This is because I was barely consious. Being in bed with this guy he was attempting to get physical with me knowing that I was barely consious. Before this process, I suddenly got paranoid that he wasnt using protection and then when he reassured me, I started to pass out/black out again.

This dream and the other dream you had both seem to be about someone wanting to have sex with you against your will (drugging you in this dream and, in the other dream, chasing you and wanting to have sex with you).

This could have to do with feelings about being pressured for sex or it could just have to do with generally feeling that you don't have control over something, that other people are controlling you.

Or if you have actually been in a situation where you had sex when you didn't want to, these dreams could be about that.
