In this dream I was in a warehouse with several other people. We were discussing what work had to be done. A young man came running into the building upset, and babbling about all the geese. We didn't know what he was talking about so we stepped outside to look. We saw hundreds of geese formations ,high overhead, and flying north. We went back inside thinking this was normal, but then we agreed this was the wrong time of year for geese to fly north. I went outside alone to look again. The geese were gone but now there were hundreds of bluejays flying at treetop level. They too were flying north and seemed in such a hurry. I went inside and told everyone. We all started toward the door but as we passed a window we saw a wooden fence outside with several owls perched next to smaller birds. They all seemed nervous, fluttering their wings and looking back and forth as if they din't know what to do. We went out the door and now there were thousands of birds of every kind flying right past us, almost hitting us. Some would land for a few seconds and then fly on. Some of them were flying northeast,some north, and some northwest. I stood there wondering what they were afraid of.What was chasing them. I woke up and looked at the clock. It was 3:15 am. I laid there for a while wondering why I would have such a dream.

Birds in dreams often symbolize freedom, but in this case since the birds all seem to be going someplace with a specific intent, it seems like this dream is a message from your subconscious about something that you have to do, some purpose that you have.

You and the man thinking that it's the wrong time of the year for geese to fly north could have to do with worries that you aren't ready to do this yet.
