For the past 3-4 years, I've been having flash backs of old dreams. When I say flash backs, I mean... images quickly flashing in my head. Sometimes, outta no where! Most people get flash backs of old memories of childhood, or their weddings.. but I get them from dreams - whether its from last night or 10 years ago!

Is this normal? And why do I get these flashbacks?.. I sometimes get them of the same dream. :\

I also seem to have, or remember, ALOT more dreams than I usually do. I've had alot of mornings where I remembered 5-7 dreams I had the night before. Where I know alot of people have trouble remembering just one... :\

Memories of dreams are the same as any other memories, so having flashbacks of dreams is not unusual in the least; it is totally normal to get flashbacks from dreams, even those from 10 years ago. As for remembering more dreams now than you used to, perhaps you are just developing more awareness of your subconscious as you are getting older.

Hmm, I never thought of it like that! Okay, I'm glad you commeted - 'cause I thought I was going crazy. =P Because it seems to happen ALOT.
