I rarely dream vivid dreams so I hardly ever remember them but last night I had an interesting one that is still fresh in my head. I'm wondering if someone here can give me some insight.

So I'm in this dark place looking into this huge glass aquarium, there's a snake in there, it looks like a baby ball python but it looks neglected and unhealthy. It starts to beat itself against the glass, I guess trying to break free. I felt so bad for this poor little snake, I look around for a bowl of water but there is none, so I run out of this dark room, into my kitchen and fill a bowl with water, when I get back inside, to my horror there is a very big tarantula-like thing that pounces on the snake, and they wrestle, it looks like it's the end for the snake. That's when I woke up feeling so terrible I searched for this forum.

Do you normally like snakes? Many people are afraid of them or disgusted by them, but some people like them a lot.

I'm asking because it would help to understand what the snake represents to you.

I dont like or dislike snakes. I'm not disgusted but I am afraid of any animal with Sharp teeth.

Well, I think the snake might be you. do you feel like you are trapped or that you have been neglected in some way.

Since many other people are afraid of or disgusted by snakes, do you think you are ugly in a way to other people?

You mention sharp teeth. Do you feel that you want to express anger or revenge toward some people, but you are holding it in (hiding your sharp teeth)?
