Just today I was reading some articles and I got to this one saying about repeating of certain things in dreams and having not solved problems in real life and then it hit me and I don´t believe I haven´t noticed it before - all of my dreams at some part happen in my old village. And now I find it as a problem because usually right after I realize (while dreaming) I´m in there something bad happens.
It doesn´t matter whether I´m in some totally unkown school, big shopping center or even an underworld - it always happens within my village.
I always go back there as if I still lived there, it´s a real bugger! Frankly, 15 years spent there were mostly awful, now I´m in touch with 1 person from there, with the rest of my schoolmates and everyone else I´m not talking to anymore. We´re all just completely different persons, there´s no way I´m going there and make new friendships with them, it´s not an option if you´re thinking about it.
I can´t think of anything else to help get rid of those dreams and stop my village from haunting me! Yeah,it does sound creepy... I´m sick and tired from it. Now that I´m in new school, I´m of course having dreams about new people in my life but once again, I find ourselves in that bloody village.

It seems like the dreams are trying to tell you that your past, and the negative feelings that you had because of the way you were treated, is still affecting you today, even if you try to deny it or repress it.

You can't get out of the village, no matter what else happens, because you haven't dealt with the way your past has affected you.

The dream is saying that whatever happens in your life now, your thoughts and actions are being affected by what happened to you when you were in that village, as well as by other things that happened to you when you were younger.

The dream may be telling you to think about this and consider how you can change your way of thinking and the way you react to things, so that your past has less control over you now.
