Hello everyone I would really love my dream to be interpreted, I have been googling all morning to find a meaning and have come up with nothing.

I have a 2 year old daughter and she is a beautiful energetic loving little girl. She suffered with eczema and has just gone through a spell of being sick all the time with tonsillitis and ear and throat infections.

To the Dream:
My dream was last night stared off with me looking into my daughter throat with a torch so I could see properly. For some reason (this part makes no sense) from looking into her throat I could see her ear cavities but I was only looking at her right side and I saw these grose little white worm with black head they kind of moved like catapillers though...so I'm not 100% sure if they were worms or cattapillars. The first time I looked there were heaps of them I then went back for a second look and only saw one. In my dream my daughter kept putting her fingers in her ears like they were irritating her. The dream made me feel incredibly sick and like a bad mum for not knowing about them earlier so that I could fix the problem earlier...I have in my real life been feeling that that recently though that I am not the best I can be for my kids of husband so maybe that has something to do with it?

If anyone could help me out with a meaning that would be great.

Since your daughter has actually been sick, I think the dream could be your unconscious trying to point out a problem with her that you've been missing, consciously.

I think the fact that you could see her ear cavities from her throat is your unconscious' way of telling you that your daughters physical problems are connected.

Worms make me think of some type of systemic infection.

The worms could have a more symbolic/abstract/emotional meaning, but since you are concerned about your daughter's health, I think the dream probably has to do with that directly.

Is there anything else going on in your life that could make you think of something being infected or contaminated in a more symbolic sense?
