Hi, I had this strange dreams last night, everytime they were about this dead woman in the top floor of my house, and more of the time in my bedroom. She was very scary and I bearly got sleep. These dreams frightened me. I believe I had 4 dreams about her, because I remember being awake a lot last night, but I don't remember all the dreams. I will tell the ones I do know:

1. I was sitting on my bed. My mother was sitting next to me, and my sister was also in the room. I felt like I was watching myself thrue a camera. You know, one of those camera's that makes you see everything green and black when you see through it. Anyway I was checking a box or something. In dutch they would call that a ''kijkdoos'' but I don't know how to tranlate it in English(''watchbox'' maybe). Anyway suddenly I felt this cold hand on my choulder, witch really gave me the creeps. When I looked I saw this really scary woman behind me!

2. I was again sitting on my bed. This time I am alone. I step out of the bed. The light in the hall is on and it bothers me. I am on my way to turn it off. I look at my door and there is this kid in a red shirt on the hall. He is scary, but dissapears quite quickly. He changes his form into this sludgy monster. The monster reminds me of the dead woman very much in my dream. I remember seeing her face in the sludge, but I am not sure.

I seriously remember having more dreams about her but I forgot them. Anyway what does this mean?

I have three different soloutions if the site dosen't help much.

1. Stop waching scary movies

2. find a way to go to sleep without the woman in your head. Try some calming music, or read a good book before you go to sleep.

3. see a shrink.

number three is a last resort.
