A couple of dreams this weekend.

Last night I dreamt that I organised an interview for my radio show with my favourite singer, Kate Bush. For some reason I organised the interview through the BBC and never got to personally speak with Kate. The BBC told me she had made a painting especially for the interview. The presenter of my show isn't a Kate fan and on the day of the interview I was running late, got delayed on the bus and we called Kate half an hour later than organised.

Now that I think about it last week I had one of my favourite bands play live on the radio for us but due to technical difficulties they were on late. How they connect with Kate I don't know other than being one of my firm favourites.

Another dream I had this weekend also featured a band I saw on Sat night. In the dream one member of the band had released a solo CD and the other band members were toruing with him supporting him. Whilst big name acts were also giving concerts in the dream, only the bad acts seemed to be getting crowds (in real life the concert they gave on Sat didn't get much of a crowd which was really disapointing as they are a terrific band). I was really friendly with the solo band member in the dream and whilst I did chat with him on Sat night I wouldn't call us close friends.

As to what the first dream means I know not (especially in regards to the painting). the second dream? I am friendly with the band though not as friendly as the dream indicated - I recall the solo band members face from the dream really clearly - possibly as it's been said he looks like my partner. I guess the dream reflected my disapointment at how few people turned up to the show - other than that I'm not sure.

Also - in regards to the band the member gone solo in real life is shy and reserved as is the singer of the band - the one member of the band I am good friends with was hardly in the dream at all neither was the other shy band member who I guess I'm most drawn towards. Infact the one who went solo and took me under his wing was the one I've had the least to do with - although he was very nice when I spoke to him after the show on Sat.

I think you just connected it because you like her so it just got mixed up in your subconscious. If you saw the painting, what was it a painting of?

This seems like a general statement that life is unfair.
