i rly need some help from anybody who really knows a lot about dreams

well i get kind of romantic dreams of people i hav strong feelings for and i get them occasionally but i hadnt had one in awhile and i just had one last night

they r extremely painful for me and i really dont want them anymore but i dont kno what to do about them

It's perfectly normal to have romantic or sexual dreams about people you know. They don't necessarily mean that you are having romantic or sexual feelings toward that person in real life. Dreams are often symbolic and shouldn't always be taken literally.

If you are having feelings about the people you are dreaming about, it doesn't mean that you have to act on those feelings. That's a decision you have to make in your waking life.
