Ok as a young child my parents used to tell me that i would sleep walk and talk as well they used to ask me what i would dream about but i would never tell them the older i am getting now the more i am begging to realize that i am getting to talk to the dead in my dreams. I know this sounds really weird but this is a really weird situation. Everytime i have these dreams they always want me to tell someone something or do something for them usally it is stuff that is beyond my capability i dont know why this is happening to me. i really need some help on this. I would appreceate.

Assumming you mean beginning to realize, and not begging; how is it becoming more apparent that the people who speak to you in your dreams are dead people?

It's more than likely that the people who speak to you are different aspects of yourself, or people who represent a certain personality trait, trying to get you to achieve things in life beyond your usual perceived scope of possibility. Perhaps your dream vsitors are encouraging you to be more adventurous in you waking life?

For instance a dream person (who is dead or alive) may tell me to walk up the outside of a building, or invent a way to fly to the Moon; it doesn't mean I'm supposed to try and achieve exactly those things, just that I should try doing some things in waking life that I currently consider beyond my capabilities.
