Here is my dream I hope you can tell me what it means:

I was at home. My best friend was with me and we were having fun. We heard there was a group of people in our neighbourhood. They were very poor and lost their homes. They came to my town because they wanted to find peace there. However, one of those people was completly crazy. It was a male, and he had this hugh gun. He had killed some people in my town, and the police were looking for him. I walked up to him when I was leaving my house to make a walk. He pointed his gun at me and a lot of people came out and they were all around the armed man. It was quiet for just a few minutes and then I just ran away, very impulsive. He ran after me but he was faster. I quickly ran into a bus. There was a driver and I told the driver to drive away quickly. He did that, but the man still came running after us and I was really scared. He was as fast as the bus, but eventually we lost him.

Outside media can have a lot to do with the kind of dreams we have. If you have been reading the paper or e-news, or watching TV, you are subjected to this kind of terror all the time.

Sometimes during our awake hours we ponder on how we would react in such situations. I would think this is what happened to you - you've been wondering how you would react under threatening circumstances, and your dream provided you that "escape".

I won't ask you to say so here, but it would be interesting to know your geographic location - with the advent of "people moving in" to your area, I wonder if you are seeing just such an influx as your location has a spurt of residential growth.

Can you tell us anymore of what you remember about this dream?
