OKAY THE OTHER NIGHT I HAD A DREAM THAT I WAS SURROUNDED WITH HUNDREDS OF CATS AND THAT THESE CATS WERETRYING TO ATTACK ME... THEY WERE HISSIN AT ME AND TRYING TO SCRATCH ME... I DONT KNOW WHY I WOULD DREAM OF THIS I CAN TELL YOU GUYS THAT I AM JUST TERRIFIED MORE SO, CATS ARE MY PHOBIA, I AM EXTREMELY AFRAID OF THEM... WHAT I CANT UNDERSTAND IF I AM SO AFRAID OF THEM WHY WOULD I HAVE A DREAM OF HUNDREDS OF THEM TRYING TO ATTACK ME YOU SEE THEY NEVER DID BUT SURE TRIED... IS THIS DREAM TELLING ME TO BEWARE OF SOMETHING OR SOMEONE? PLEASE HELP ME GET SOME CLARIFICATION, THANK YOU LADY.

One thing you could try is listing those traits in cats that you don't like and the reasons you fear them. Then compare the findings to anything recent in your waking life that resemble those traits in cats. For example, if you find cats to be sneaky, what happened recently that seemed sneaky to you...

Since a phobia causes such a strong emotional reaction, it makes sense that your phobia would spill over into your dream life. It's also possible that the cats in the dream symbolize a fear you have of something else, maybe something that you don't consciously realize you are afraid of.

You might also want to see a counselor if the phobia is affecting your life, which it probably is since people tend to run into stray cats everywhere.

Thank you for your reply and indeed I have a terrible phobia with cats and that is one of the conclusion I thought of in regards to my dream, I thought perhaps there is something or someone who is trying to hurt us because it wasnt like these cats were trying to be sneeky or any other way but hurtful, like attacking me ...

As for the counseling yeah you know I should definetly see one because I just can see o ne close to me becuase I would freak out... I wonder why I have such a phobia, I mean I do know they are sometimes more afraid of us tghan we are of them but still ....

It would be interesting to learn if you had a scare in early childhood associated to cats. Oftentimes what might happen to us as a young child will live with us long into our adulthood. Counseling may be exactly what you need.
