This dream was beautiful and peaceful. I arrived with some unknown friends to a type of large swimming pool complex. There were 2 huge swimming pools where people were enjoying swimming, around dusk, not too bright. Everyone was happy, relaxed and in swimsuits, etc. Then all around the complex were ajoining valleys or waterways with cement bottom like the pool with the nice blue clean pool water, connecting to each other, so you could visit different parts of this complex. There were different depth of levels to swim and you could stay or go from one area to another. It was like a relaxing vacation of exploration. Anyone have any thoughts? Mere

What a wonderfully comforting dream. Water can represent so many things: birth, travel, comfort. You must be in an extremely content place in your life right now. OR, you are searching for that contentment, and "water" may be providing the solution.

It would be interesting to learn from you how you feel about water. I sense that if you feared water, you would have said so. Perhaps you are planning a trip down the road, a cruise, perhaps, and that subconsciously fed your dream.

Another thought and theory about water in dreams is that the state of the water reflects your state of mind at the time of the dream. Example: If the water is turbulant, storms and huge waves, etc. this would mean that this is a metaphor for your emotional state---turbulant, stormy, and so forth.
